Obituary for Rodriguez Lopez Lopez "Peco Pez" Porter

Rodriguez Lopez Porter was born in Milton, FL to the late Anne and James Craig. He spent his growing years in Chickamauga, GA, Chattanooga, TN, and Milton, FL.
In 1982 Lopez joined the Air Force and married. Of this union one daughter was born. He was a talented artist and loyal friend. During his time away from home he learned carpentry and was studying to obtain his carpentry license.
On Monday, November 2, 2015 Lopez was in a car accident that led to his passing.
He will be greatly missed and forever remembered by his daughter, Andrea Porter; granddaughter, Troi’ Talton; sisters: Margery Harp (Clay), April Howell, Abealene Baker (Freddy), Marsha Leeks, Carolyn Kidd, Linda Gunsby, Brenda Roberts, Anne Moultrie, and Emily Dunlap; brothers: Rodney “Lane” Porter, Roger Craig (Alice), John “Andy” Owens (Gloria), Ronnie Hamilton, and Willie Craig; special niece, Alex “Lexi” Harp; special friend, Debbie Diehl; 27 nieces and nephews; many great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He is best remembered by his siblings as “Peco Pez” for his cowboy hats, boots, and his old horse, Sport.
