Caroline Ann Pepper, 68, passed away on February 17, 2016 in a tragic automobile accident. She was born on May 18, 1947 to Ferdinand and Anna Braun in Fairfield, NJ.
She met the love of her life on April 5, 1968, while in college.
If you ever met Carol you know she always had a smile on her face. Her greatest joy in life revolved around her family. She was a devoted and loving wife of a retired U. S. Marine, mother, grandmother, sister, dog owner and friend. She was a master gardener who loved plants and flowers, a passionate elementary education teacher and 4-H leader. She always had her sidekick, Duke, by her side.
Carol was an excellent cook who looked forward to Monday night family meals, as witnessed by the size of her loving family. She loved the beach and especially spending time with her grandson, T.J. Her love, kindness and generosity will forever be missed. The world is a better place because of her presence among us.
She leaves to cherish her memories, husband, William A. Pepper; sidekick, Duke; her daughter, Kimberly A. (John) Fields; grandson, T. J. McConathy; son, William M. (LeAnn) Pepper; sister, Natalie Braun; sister-in-law, Patricia Pepper Orr; brother-in-law, John (Jill) Pepper; nephew, Josh (Crystal) Pepper; niece, Jordan Pepper and friends.
There will be a private interment.
