Francis La’Tonia Neal- Walker
“Tonia”
August 16, 1954 - June 21, 2017

Tonia, 62, of Pensacola, FL went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 21, 2017. She was born to James L. Neely and Alicestein Neal on August 16, 1954 in Milton, FL.
As a child, Tonia found joy in cooking and entertaining for her guests and family. She was no stranger to getting her hands dirty in the kitchen. She took part in helping her community, providing the proper attention to the elderly in her local area.
She had attended Milton High School.
Tonia was always commemorated for her hard work. During her twenty- plus years working in the restaurant industry, she received various awards and achievements. She was loved by all her friends and coworkers.
Tonia developed a relationship with the Lord, at a young age. She was baptized at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Milton, FL.
She is preceded in death by her father, James L. Neely; mother, Alicestein Neal; Brother, James “Jim” D’Arcy Neely; and many extended family.
Her memory will forever be cherished by her two sons, Renaldo “Rick” Neal of Provo, Utah and Gregory L. Neal of Pensacola, FL; brother, Danny Neal of Pensacola, FL; sisters, Genie (Fredrick) Glover, of Pensacola, FL; Anna (Nathan) Neal-Howard of Charlotte, NC; additional siblings, Beverly (Bruce) Harris of Milton, FL; Kenneth (Cynthia) Neely of Missouri City, TX; Harold Neely of Milton, FL; Randy (Audrey) Neely of Milton, FL; June Neely- Williams of West Palm Beach, FL; a host nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude towards the amazing staff at Baptist Hospital and her cherished friends of Moreno Court. Also, a special thank you to Rose Johnson, Margaret Williams, and Mr. James Brooks for the love and support provided.
Memorial services will be held at Magnolia Cemetery in Milton, FL at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2017.
