Richard Pyne
1953 - 2017

Richard Allen Pyne, 64, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on October 2, 2017. Richard was born in Pontiac, Michigan on May 23, 1953.

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Allen Pyne; his mother, Alice Mae McGregor; his step - mom, Florence Pyne; mother-in-law, Virginia May David; and his only brother, Larry Pyne. His beloved dog, Buffy, 17 years old, passed away October 3, 2017 and met him in Heaven.

He was happily married to Constance David – Pyne for 29 years.

Richard is survived by his three children, Matthew Allen Pyne, 42, of Pensacola, Florida; Melanie Anne Pyne, 40, of Pensacola, Florida; and Marcie Anne Manning (Reggie) of Pace, Florida. Papa Rick is also survived by his 5 grandchildren whom he loved so much, Laila Zahira Manning, 12, of Pace, Florida; Lily Victoria Ureche, 9, of Flint, Michigan; Dane Christopher Elliott, 9, of Pensacola, Florida; Marley Irie Manning, 8, of Pace, Florida; and Brooklynn Jade Manning, 2, of Pace, Florida. He is also survived by his nephew, Chris Pyne, of Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Rick Pyne was also a dedicated quoting and sales specialist with Gulf Coast Silicones in Pensacola, Florida.

Our dad was full of life, would light up a room, and would make people laugh as well as feel good about themselves no matter the time nor place.

We love you, Dad. Go Blue!! Michigan!!

A Celebration of Life will be held on the evening of Monday, October 23, 2017 5:30 p.m. at Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton.
