Obituary for Amos R Peaden

Amos  R  Peaden
Amos R. Peaden 79, of Milton, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on October 29th 2017 at Covenant Care Hospice surrounded by his family.
Amos was born in Milton to Luther Fisher and Qualie Peaden on December 2nd, 1937. He attended Milton High School. After high school he served his country in the United States Army. After his tour of duty, he came home and worked with his father in the construction field and went on to start his own construction company. Several years ago, he started his Septic Tank business and successfully maintained his business until he passed.
Amos loved fishing and his family and would often give unique nicknames to his family and friends.
Amos is preceded in death by his parents, Luther Fisher and Qualie Peaden: one sister Amelda Ruth Peaden; three brothers, Geron Peaden, Buford Peaden, and Luther Fisher, Jr.
Amos is survived by his wife Phyllis P. Peaden; four brothers, Andy Peaden, Curtis (Joyce) Peaden, Jack Peaden and Grover Peaden and two sisters, Maxine Bergeron and Effie Dean (Louis) McInnis, one son Richard Peaden and two stepsons, Gregory (Tammy) Cox and Kenneth (Vickie) Riggs. He had four step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to West Florida Hospital and Covenant Care Hospice for their support in his final days.
Memorial service will be held at Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton on November 2nd, 2017 at 4:00 pm with Reverend Danny Carnley of Indian Ford Victory Fellowship officiating.
