Sherry Darlene Davies, 50, passed away on January 3, 2018 at Jay Hospital. She was the wife of Kenny Davies. They shared nine years of marriage together.
Sherry was born in Pensacola to Emma Sue Barnes of Milton. She was very involved with the Special Needs community in Milton. Sherry was employed by ARC with her main focus being to help people enjoy Hawkins Park. She was also involved with the Meals on Wheels program.
She is preceded in death by her father Phillip Ray Nolan, Sr.
Sherry is survived by her husband, Kenny Davies, her only daughter, Holly Reynolds (Jason), and her mother, Sue Barnes. She was a very devoted “MawMaw” to 5 grandchildren: Greenlee Reynolds, Keylee Reynolds, Wyatt Reynolds, Kinslee Reynolds, and Dalton Reynolds. She also leaves two step-daughters, Megan Davies and Cassandra Davies; step-son, Kenny Davies, Jr.; step-grandchildren; Christopher Fretwell, Shealyn Fretwell, Bailey Fretwell, Jhace Fretwell, Colin Davies, and Mason Davies; brothers, John Nolan, Sr. and Phillip Nolan, Jr.; sisters, Tammy Wyrick (Michael), Celina Norris, Judy Blackmon (Johnny) and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton. Family will receive friends on Friday, January 12, 2018 at the funeral home at 10:00 am until the funeral service begins at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Hickory Hammock Baptist Church Cemetery.
