Louie Preininger
1942 - 2018

Louie Preininger, 75, of Gulf Breeze, FL passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018. He was born in Monroe, WI to his loving parents.

Louie’s biological family passed away, in his early childhood, in a tragic car accident.

He attended Catholic High School and attended Pensacola Junior College (PJC) in Pensacola, FL. Louie loved and served his country in the United States Air Force. He had a very successful thirty-year career at the Pensacola NAS Naval Aviation Rework Facility.

He had many hobbies to include, sailing, fishing, scalloping, and more.

Louie loved his Lord and praised him at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Gulf Breeze, FL. He has been a devoted member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church congregation for forty years, and a dedicated member of St. Joe Florida for fifteen years.

Louie now walks alongside the Lord with his loving wife of forty-two years, Pat Preininger; and his biological family, Joseph Peiffner, Anna Peiffner, and three siblings.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his sons, Michael (Jenny) Preininger and Eric (Leah) Preininger; four grandchildren, Cody, Tyler, Danielle, and Cassidy and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church, 3015 St. Elizabeth Street, Molino, FL 32577. The service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 19, 2018. Please park on roadside, the church’s parking lot is currently under construction.
