Obituary for Jesse David Gregg

August 28, 1998 - February 5, 2018
Jesse loved the lord and was baptized at age 15.
Jesse’s favorite thing to say to everyone was “I Love You”.
He filled his 19 years of life on earth with cheerful, positive living. If you were feeling down, all you had to do was talk to Jesse and he would brighten your day.

Jesse loved his family and friends with intensity and passion.

He packed a lot of living in his time with us all. His goal to finish high school was completed and he attended his graduation ceremony at Milton High School.

Jesse loved to listen to music of all kinds and sing along. He had dreams of being a DJ.

He enjoyed many things, he attended his senior prom. He attended a Shakespeare play at Pensacola Christian College and attended the wedding of one of his cousins in December 2017.

When he was younger he went on a plane ride with his father and his brother, Silas. Jesse loved the view in the sky. On his 19th birthday, Jesse had the ride of his life in a red Lamborgini with his favorite ‘You Tube’ celebrity. He was on top of the world with happiness. He had a fabulous 19th birthday party with many friends and loved ones.

He was an avid video gamer. Jesse loved race cars, sports cars, helicopters, parachuting and going on missions in his games. He enjoyed building on Minecraft. If you came to visit Jesse at home, he would try to engage you in a game and most of the time his guest would play. He really enjoyed playing with family and friends.

When stating that he wished that he could walk again, he would say, “it’s OK, I will walk with Jesus in heaven”.

Jesse was such an inspirational strong young man whose amazing smile and sparkling brown eyes always showed love and lit up the world.

The world has lost a wonderful young man, but that is heaven’s gain. He is and will be truly missed and loved by all.

Amen, Amen, Amen – Mema and Jesse’s song, everyone knows all the words
