Obituary for Lydia Riedel

Lydia  Riedel

Lydia Riedel, 85, of Pensacola, FL was born in Brazil to Efim Mielniczuk and Exenia Diazckow on July 27, 1932. She lived in Pensacola since 1978 and before that she lived in Argentina and Chicago.
Lydia grew up on a farm and was completely fearless. She was born in Brazil and had cows and chickens. She had three sisters and one brother. She loved climbing trees and did so until her 80’s. She was top in her class in school and had many friends. She was one of the best story tellers ever. She loved to dance and drink mate. She loved ducks and flowers. She’s a great cook and made delicious Argentine barbecue. She was very compassionate. She loved to play games, especially chinchon.
She was an amazing seamstress for many years. She could sew up anything, after leaving Argentina she worked at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. She was a Law-a-biding citizen. She helped out with the local ARC (activities for disabled). Lydia loved to travel and would frequently go back and forth from Argentina. She loved nature and liked to go for walks. She loved Jesus so much! She was very welcoming, hospitable and made everyone to feel like family. She loved gardening and had so many plants.
Those left to cherish her memory are: Alicia C. Milanesi (Daughter), Antonio Milanesi (son-in-law), Natalia V. Brandon (granddaughter), Nadia E. Milanesi (Granddaughter), Miguel Mroz(son), Leonardo and Alex Milanesi (grandsons). As well as Olgia Romero(sister), Maria Plaza(sister), Noemi Romero (niece), Brad Brandon (grandson in law) Whitin,Patricia Servatuk, Sonia Servatuk, Juan Eugenio and Victor Servatuk, Gringo Servatuk, Eduardo Elizalde, Cristian Elizalde and Graiela Romero.
