Florante Rodeo Aterrado, 71, of Pensacola, FL went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 3, 2018. He was born on December 13, 1946 in Kaquit, Philippines to his mother and father.
He was a Deacon to the Iglesia niCristo Church of Christ and enjoyed attending church to perform his duties. In his free time, he would watch the Filipino Channel on Facebook to keep up with the current events in his home country, and he would also, enjoy watching boxing whenever he got the chance to. When he was in the Navy, he was a part of a competitive bowling team, that he enjoyed doing with fellow coworkers. But above all else, he enjoyed spending time with his family, whom he was completely devoted to and loved.
He now walks alongside the Lord with his parents and his beloved son, Randy Boy Aterrado.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 40 years, Diane Aterrado; two daughters, Renee and Laura; one son, Flynn; four grandchildren, Gavin, Kristen, Michael, Kody; one great grandchild, Liam; mother in law, Madelyn; two sisters-in-law, Jackie and Cheryl; two brothers-in-law, Melvin and Danny; caring friend, Cheryl Ferrer; and numerous extended family and friends.
Brother Ryan Docena will be praying at the funeral home for those in attendance in honor of Florante Aterrado.
