Lucy Delois Ard, age 80, of the Chumuckla Community, died June 7th at her home.
She was a lifelong resident of Chumuckla and was also a longtime member of the New Hope Assembly of God church.
Mrs. Ard was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Ard; her sons, Larry Ard and Mark Ard; her parents, J.D. and Mary Ryals.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters Linda Morris of Chumuckla and Judy Simmons of Chadbourn, NC; son, Michael Ard of Chumuckla; granddaughters, Jessica and Krystal Morris and Cassie Simmons; grandsons, Jeff Bogden and Samuel Ard; special great-granddaughter, Destiny Morris; and great grandsons, Adam and Justin Simmons, Mason and Dayton Bogden.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Chumuckla United Methodist Church. Family will receive friends from 12-1:00 p.m. Reverend Tom Sharon will officiate with burial in Elizabeth Chapel Community Cemetery.
