Maurice Morton was born October 15, 1952, in Milton, Florida; son of Joseph Morton Sr. and Annie Pearl Morton.

He was a graduate of Milton High School class of 1970. After high school he joined the Air Force 71-74. He was later employed at ExxonMobil.

He leaves to cherish in memory three daughters, Rosanna Morton Caraballo (Victor), Daphne Morton and Syntoria Morton; six grandchildren, Devan, Dejuan, Imara, Laila, Maci and Frank Jr.; a brother Joseph Morton Jr. (Sondra); a brother-in-law, John Henry Adams Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton will be in charge of arrangements. Visitation, Saturday, July 14, 2018, 1:00 p.m., until the funeral service begins at 2:00 pm.
