Julia Elizabeth Brown, 53 of Milton, FL passed away on September 12, 2018 in her home with her husband, Daniel Wayne Brown, II by her side. Julia was born October 2, 1964 to Kenneth Hayslip and Ann Margaret Hayslip.

Both of Julia’s parents preceded her in death along with her brother, Kenneth W. Hayslip.

Julia is survived by: her son, Kenneth Dewayne Thele; daughter, Laura Ann Thele; grandchildren, Tucker Thele and Julia Thele; stepson and his family, Daniel Wayne Brown, III, Claire Brown and Micah M. Brown; and stepdaughter, Heather R. Brown. In addition, she is survived by: her sister, Catherine Walters; nieces, Tonya Walters Galbreath and Stephanie Walters Fernandes; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lynn and Susan Sherman; brother-in-law, Timothy M. Brown; and brother-in-law and family, Vernon W. Brown, Brenda Brown and Victoria Brown.

Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton, 6539 Trammel Drive, is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at the funeral home.

Julia will be interned in the Barrancas National Cemetery in a private family service.

Julia will be remembered for her love of family, caring ways towards others and her kind spirit.
