Judith Martinson
January 1, 1944 – September 13, 2018

Judith “Judy” Martinson, 74, born in Dunkirk, NY, on January 1, 1944, went to be with the Lord on September 13, 2018 in Pensacola, FL. She attended West Towne Christian Church until she moved to Pensacola to live with her daughter.

Judy thought the world of her wonderful church family and was especially fond of all the members in her Women’s Home Group, also the wonderful neighbors she had. She enjoyed Bible Study, playing computer games, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bernice and Mike Barger; her brother, Andrew “Andy” Barger; her loving sister, Josephine “Mickie” Fisk and her beloved son, Stephen Allen Martinson.

Judy leaves to cherish her memories her daughter, Cheryl Keen of Pensacola FL; four grandchildren, Robert Keen, Jr. of Charlotte, NC, Jenna L. Keen of Pensacola, FL, Austin R. Sandonato of Pensacola, FL and Brianna Y. Martinson of Knoxville, TN; three great-grandchildren, Ginelle Keen, and Robert E. Keen III of Charlotte, NC and Emmanuel Rouse of Pensacola, FL; as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Those who had the honor of knowing Judy would always say “ She is special”. On September 13, 2018, we believe those words were more true than ever and Heaven became her new home, where she is reunited with many of her loved ones once again.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at 4:00 p.m., with a celebration of life immediately follow at West Towne Christian Church, 9300 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, TN 37931. Donations or flowers would be graciously appreciated.
