Julia was one of seven children of Grace and Oscar Stivers. She was a charter member of Seaglades Homemaker Association for over 50 years. Her gifts were legendary in a sense that she thought out every gift meticulously and always remembered to make everyone feel special. Julia was an amazing storyteller, in her life she had so many experiences that anything could trigger a story no matter how long back. She had many hobbies to include; sewing, crocheting, gardening not only flowers but vegetables, and traveling. But there was nothing she loved more than her family, grandchildren, and her beloved Eddie. Overall, she was an amazing and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
