Jeffrey Eugene Melton
(January 6, 1942 – October 27, 2018)

Jeffrey, 76, of Pensacola, FL went to be with the Lord on October 27, 2018. He was born to his loving parents Howard and Ruby Melton on January 6, 1942 in DeFuniak Springs, FL.

Jeffrey had a passion for fishing from childhood that he enjoyed into his adulthood. He was a Technician in the phone industry. Jeffrey was a simple, kind, and loving man. He will be missed by many.

Jeffrey is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Ruby Melton

He leaves to cherish his memories his soul mate of 31 years, Jackie Ann Melton; son, Jeffrey Frank Melton (Mary Jane Melton); sister, Judy Ann Waters; granddaughter, Ruby Lilly Ann Melton

A going home service will be held on November 10, 2018 at Trahan Family Funeral Home in Pensacola.
The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m., with a service following at 2:00 p.m.
