Obituary for Johnnie Irene Wolfe

On Tuesday night, December 11, 2018, Johnnie Irene Wolfe passed from this life into a better one with Jesus.
She was a lifelong resident of Jay, Fl.
She graduated from Jay High School. She was the oldest child of four, born to Edward Washington Brunson and Johnnie Syble (Peters) Brunson. She was a faithful wife of forty-seven years to Benny Ray Wolfe, also of Jay, Fl.
Johnnie was the mother of one son, Erick Dewitt Wolfe and two step-children, Tim Chance and Tammy Buonopane.
She and Benny were pastor of Bethel Holiness Church for the last twenty-seven years.
She was a faithful Christian and when you had a conversation with her, she always turned it to Jesus. If it didn’t start out about Jesus, it ended up about Jesus.
Johnnie is preceded in death by her father and mother, Edward Washington and Johnnie Syble Brunson; brother, Edward Williams Brunson; sister, Alene Edna Bell.
She is survived by her husband of forty-seven years, Benny Ray Wolfe; son, Erick Dewitt Wolfe; and sister, Emma Jo Wand.
The wake will be held at Bethel Holiness Church on Saturday, December 15, at 6:00 p.m. Services will be Sunday, December 16 at 2:00 p.m., also at the church.
Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton is in charge of arrangements. Rev. Bill Wiley will be delivering the Eulogy.
