Charles “Tim” Harold Schryver, Jr
1947 – 2019

“Tim” Charles Schryver, Jr., 72, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019. He was born to Charles “Buddy” Harold Schryver, Sr and Daisy Jeanette Law Schryver on February 21, 1947 in Hudson, NY.
Tim enjoyed hunting and fishing as a child and ice skating in the winter. He was a graduate of Ansonia High School in Ansonia, CT. As an adult he proudly served in the U.S. Navy, he was an aircraft mechanic and industrial electrician. He served during the Vietnam War.
He was married to Carolyn, his wife of 52 years.
Tim was an accomplished drummer and enjoyed racing his Super Stock Mustang at 5 Flags Speedway. He loved his family and the Lord Jesus Christ. He enjoyed being assistant volleyball coach at West Florida High School, and attending his church, Bible Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Harold (Buddy) and Daisy Jeanette Schryver.
Those here to cherish his memories are his wife, Carolyn Louise Schryver; his son, Charles Harold and Betty Sue Schryver, III; and their children, Timothy Edward and Patrick Wayne Schryver; daughter, Cynthia Lorraine and Michael Laczko; and their children, Hailey Nicole and Ashley Morgan Laczko; daughter Christy Michelle and Thomas Wheaton and their children, Bradley Lamar Bozeman, Justin Thomas and Allissa Michelle Wheaton; daughter, Sarah Louise and Anthony Bast and child, Aubrey Lucille Bast; and daughter, Rebecca Jeanette and Patrick Bridges and their child Kiari Jeanette Healey; as well as, two great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
We will meet at Trahan Family Funeral Home to be in procession at 9:00 AM sharp for the graveside service at Barrancas National Cemetery on Friday, June 21, 2019 for interment at 10:00 AM.
