Obituary for Ronald Neil Cameron

Ronald Neil Cameron was born in Bessemer, Alabama on March 18, 1966. He was called to his heavenly home on May 19, 2020 at the age of 54 after a long battle with cancer.
Ronnie started working as a laborer at the age of sixteen for McGee Masonry. At eighteen he had become one of the finest masons around, taught by the man he called pops. He worked until he couldn’t anymore.

He lived the last 39 years in Milton, Florida, meeting many people along the way. Ronnie was a laid back, easy going guy!

Ronnie is preceded in death by his mother and his stepfather, Elsie and John Winslow; his father, John Cameron; two nieces, Sharie Cameron and Tiana Harris; his Nana and Bampa, Joseph and Rona Cameron.
He is survived by four sons: Daniel Cameron (Bobbi), Joesph Cameron (Natalie), Nick Cameron, and one he called his own- Dakota Kitchens; six grandchildren: Lamar, Ashlyn, Wyatt, Charlee, Brycen, and Tristan; five brothers: Jay Cameron (Dawn), Johnathan Cameron (Angela), Donnie Jernigan, Shawn Jernigan, and Brandon Jernigan; two sisters, Tammie Cameron (Jeramy) and Marilyn Jay; a lot of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and grand nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be at 1:00 pm, Sunday, June 7, 2020, Russell Harbor Landing.
