Phyllis R. Dulaney-Whan, a resident of Jay, FL, passed away Friday, April 19, 2019 surrounded by her family.

Phyllis is survived by her mother, Judy Delmendo; Sisters, Angie, Tiffany, and Breana; Daughter, Mandi (William) Douglas; and three granddaughters, Taya, Kara, and Cali. Also, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her father, Phillip Dulaney.

A visitation will be held on Monday, April 22, 2019, 6:00pm-8:00pm at Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton, FL.
