Cleo Frank Melvin, Jr. “Frank”, 61, of Pace passed away on April 23, 2019. Frank was born on August 3, 1957 to Cleo and Nora Kaylor Melvin. He was a lifelong resident of Pace, FL and graduated from Pace High School. Frank served in the U.S. Army and later worked for over 35 years as a heavy equipment operator. His skill was almost unmatched. He was a patient man who imparted knowledge to anyone who would learn. A true master of his craft.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Cleo and Nora Melvin; brother, Anthony Scott Melvin; and wife, Grace Marie Enfinger.

Survivors include: his wife of 20 years, Elizabeth “Libby”; sons, Christopher and Matthew; brother, Alan (Patti) Melvin; sisters, Sheila Pommerening, Sharon (Tom) Foley, and Myra (Robert) Martin; grandchildren, Erin, Tori, and Mason; and many nephews, nieces, and dear friends.

Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton is in charge of arrangements.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2019 at Hickory Hammock Cemetery.
