Obituary for Robert Anthony Lewis

Robert Anthony Lewis, 38, of Pensacola passed away on May 2, 2019 at 2:30 a.m. He was born in Pensacola to David A. Lewis and Sonja M. Harmon on January 3, 1981.

He was a member of ROTC while attending Pine Forest High School, Robert later graduated from Clay High School in Orange Park, FL.

Robert worked in the restaurant industry and then trained and worked in air conditioning repair. He also attended classes in Gainesville to become a legal assistant. Robert was an avid Gator football fan. He grew up attending Victory Bible Baptist.

He was a loving and protective brother.

Robert was an avid New England Patriots fan. He was also a lover of animals and was always looking to help all he came in contact with.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Suzanne McHenry; paternal grandfather, Willie J. Lewis and sister, Jennifer McHenry.

Robert leaves to cherish his memories: mother, Sonja D. Harmon; father, David A. Lewis; brother, Joseph Harmon; sister-in-law, Brittany Harmon; paternal grandmother, Marie Lewis; niece, Aaliyah Harmon; uncle, Larry Simonet; aunts, Diane Davis (Frederick), Linda Simonet, Beverly Lewis and Angela Lewis; cousins, Shawn, Quincy, Adrian, Trechia, Andrae, Kiara, Imani and Marquee, Emily, Neil, Casey Simonet; second cousin, Rylan Russell and a host of relatives and friends.
