Barbara Sue Wise, 70, passed away on June 9, 2019 in Pensacola, Florida. She was born in Kansas City, MO to Daniel Boone and Ruth Irene Darby.
As a child, Barbara grew up in Urbana, MO. She was an honors student at Johnson County Community College. Her most satisfying accomplishments were being a mother, wife, sister, and friend. She loved music, quilting, scrapbooking, and playing her piano.
She is a member of Point Baptist Church. She was also a part of the Interchange Freedom Initiative (Kairos) and the PEO.
She is preceded in death by Daniel Boone Darby, Ruth Irene Troyer, and Jeffery Coleman.
Barbara is survived by her husband- James Wise, sister- Janet Young, son- Michael Coleman, daughter- Becky Newsom, and stepson Christopher Wise. She also leaves behind 5 grandchildren- Nolan, Colin, Jessica, McKenzie, and Marlee, along with two great grandchildren.

The service will be held at Point Baptist Church on Saturday June 15, 2019 with visitation being at 10 AM, and the service following at 11 AM. Trahan Family Funeral Home is overseeing the arrangements.
