Hazel G. Neet, 93, of Pensacola, FL went home to be with the Lord on June 12, 2019 at Specialty Care Center of Pensacola. She was born in Lamison, AL to Chapman and Desi Garris on April 17, 1926.
Hazel was a graduate of Orville High School in Orville, AL. She retired from J.C. Penny where she had worked as a custom interior decorator. She was a member of East Brent Baptist Church for over 50 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband Harvey James Neet; son, Michael G. Neet; her parents, Chapman and Desi Garris; three sisters and a brother.
Those left to cherish the memory of Hazel are her three sons, James Alan Neet, his wife Astrid De Jesus, Tommy (Paula) J. Neet and Dennis Neet; five grandchildren, Stephanie Register, Cory Alan Neet, Joey Neet, Michelle Neet and Michael Neet; and nine great-grandchildren, Tucker, Tenley and Teagan Register, Sara and Matthew Neet, Jonathan and Gavin Gent, Ryder Fox Neet, and Michael Neet.
Join us at East Brent Baptist Church on Monday, June 17, 2019 for visitation at 10:00 a.m. with funeral to follow at 11:00 a.m. Hazel will be laid to rest at Bayview Memorial Park. Bro. Dale Patterson will be officiating.
