Obituary for Berkley Laviner Cummings
Berkley (Bert) Laviner Cummings, 63, passed away after losing his battle with cancer on January 2, 2021. Bert was born on May 11, 1957 in Dawson, GA to Lewis T. Cummings and Mary Frances Laviner Cummings.
He was surrounded with the love of Lisa Marie, Misty Marie and Gabby Marie, as he was taken peacefully to Heaven's gate.
Bert will be remembered as an avid Georgia Bulldog fan and was one of the best heating and air technicians you could think of. He loved working in his yard, listening to good music, and playing with his dog. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, or to offer his advice. Bert was the best husband and father anyone could possibly ask for.
He leaves behind many family and friends whom he loved dearly. Bert had accepted the Lord as his Savior and hopes you have too. We will always cherish the wonderful memories we have. We hope you do as well.
