Michael Grady Leggett was called to Heaven on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at the age of 66.
Michael Grady Leggett was born in Pensacola, Florida on September 18, 1954. He was married 41 years to his wife, Melanie Sue Leggett and had two children, Samuel Bruce and Summer Lynnette. Michael was a native of Pensacola and attended Tate High School and George Stone Technical College. Michael worked as a mechanic and carpenter for most of his life. He spent a lot of his free time coming up with mechanical inventions, fishing and relaxing at the beach.
He is preceded in death by his two parents, Thomas Leggett and Ouida Leggett: his brother, Harold Leggett.
Michael is survived by his wife, Melanie (Susie) Leggett of Molino, FL: his two children, Samuel Bruce Leggett of Pensacola, FL and Summer Bliss (Ryan) of Louisville, Ky; his four grandchildren, Kaylee Bliss, Spencer Bliss, Trinity Scroggins, and Gregory Packard, and his two brothers, Willie Tracy Leggett (Radena) of Milton, Fl and Thomas Wayne Leggett (Karen) of Pensacola, Fl.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.
