Obituary for Brenda Gayle Whitmire
December 17, 1956 – January 16, 2018
Brenda Gayle Whitmire, 61, of Robertsdale, AL went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. She was born on December 17, 1956 to her loving parents, Owyer and Inez Erwin in Ohio.
She loved her family and she loved her Lord. Her family was her life, her children and her grandchildren made her so happy and she loved to spend time with them. She was also very fond of the beach.
She now walks alongside the Lord with her parents, Owyer and Inez Erwin; and her brother, Terry Erwin.
Her memory forever lives on in the hearts of her five children, Joni Erwin, Sharie Congo, Burt (Josie) Whitmire, Bobby (Tascha) Whitmire, Betty Whitmire Benedict; sixteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; one sister, Stephanie; three brothers, Stu, Chris, Patrick; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Brenda was a very special woman and will be missed dearly by all that came to know.
A service will be held in honor of Brenda’s life at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Trahan Family Funeral Home with a visitation before at 11:00 a.m.
