Obituary for Rosie Lourie Rouchon
October 13, 1939 – February 27, 2018
Rosie “Lou” Huggins Rouchon, 78, of Pensacola, Florida passed away after a long battle with lung disease on Tuesday, February 27, 2018.
Lou was a lifelong resident of Pensacola and was a waitress most of her life until 1986. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, her husband of 57 years James J. “Jimmy” and her daughter Catherine Hagan. She is survived by her three children, Tony Rouchon, Lisa Hess and Teresa (Colin) Lyons; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one brother and one sister.
Lou was very active with Avon since 1980 as a sales representative and making many lifelong friends.
Special thanks to Kevin McVey and Rachel Engelmeyer for all the care and love they gave our mother.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Trahan Family Funeral Home at 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.
A second visitation will be held Wednesday 7, 2018 at Trahan Family Funeral Home at 12:00 P.M. with service to follow at 1:00P.M. The burial will take place at Pensacola Memorial Gardens at 2:00 P.M.
